Benefits to the Employer of Keyturn’s unique approach
There are many general benefits of apprenticeships to the employer. However, choosing Keyturn as your training provider adds three extra benefits which we believe are unique to our approach:
NO WAITING TO START – Your Apprentice can start their chosen programme as soon as all Employer and Apprentice registration processes have been completed, as we have no minimum number requirements. Apprentices can start individually or as part of a cohort.
NO SET PROGRAMMES – Naturally, we ensure that we fully cover the Apprenticeship Standard syllabus over the duration of the apprenticeship. However, we tailor each Apprentice’s learner journey individually in order that they study the topic areas in a timeline which best suits their needs and those of the business. This ensures that the Apprentice is able to apply knowledge and skills gained immediately within their job role.
NO RIGID OFF-THE-JOB LEARNING PATTERNS – We recognise that achieving the minimum 20% OTJ learning requirement is not always easy in today’s fast-paced commercial world. Therefore, we will discuss and agree an approach with you and the Apprentice which takes into consideration the likely ‘needs of the business’ (whilst still achieving the Standard requirements of course!)
